My fascinating and endless journey in the world of project management began about two decades ago. Fortunately, over these years as a project manager, I have had the opportunity to meet hundreds of clients and professionals who are leaders in their field, and I can say that thanks to this journey, I have built myself and established a unique professional standard in the country.
I live and breathe the construction industry, and over these years, I have accumulated extensive knowledge, practical experience, and use of technological developments, as well as working closely with the most skilled professionals in their field. From my experience as a member of the board of directors of the 'Israeli Construction Center's Building Inspectors Club,' I know that they are the right and decisive formula in managing projects in the construction field.
One of my prominent clients and someone who has supported me from the beginning is businessman and entrepreneur Roni Doak, for whom I served as a project manager and right-hand man for 17 years. Among other things, I built and managed the projects 'Beit Shitufim' and 'Beit Zionut 2000' with architect Asaf Guttsman, along with private homes built during my work with Roni and architect Orly Sharam.
The recent years have been empowering and inspiring for me in managing high-end private construction projects to international standards in most cities in Israel, and in close cooperation with leading architects in Israel, including Orly Sharam, Fico Kadem, Asaf Guttsman, Michele Simona, Raz Melamed, Ella Sahar, Tal Goldschmidt Fish, Moran Flamoni, Emmanuel Stern, Eyal Apel, and many others in flagship projects that have received many praises. I am especially proud of the great trust these professionals place in me.
I believe that in order to achieve perfection in a complex project, meticulous preparation and planning of the project from the beginning, in cooperation with the architects, is required. In addition, maintaining excellent human relations with all professionals is essential so that together we can realize the dream of the client and the architect. The understanding that the construction field is complex and those involved are required to have high levels of professionalism and skill leads me to choose to work with the best professionals in the projects I manage, who know they are required to meet the highest standards I set.
Beyond personal tranquility, the connection and serenity provided to my clients, I ensure in my work that I will never
compromise on the execution of the project and the harmonious, precise, and timely integration of professional elements, with personal oversight to ensure the highest standard of execution. My clients benefit from my experience in consulting and selecting the most suitable professionals for the project, with whom I have a deep acquaintance, and of course, my personal oversight of the quality of work, accuracy, and conducting the project at the highest quality, as I have demonstrated in the projects I managed.
